Join Jane Albright as she entices you into some emotional conversations about the world today that will definitely stir the pot. When we are grounded and we allow ourselves to feel our true emotions and where they harbor in our physical and energetic bodies, we can bring various stresses and dramas to the surface where we will collectively blow away the hot steam and re-discover the delicious essence that is in each of us.
